Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for languages, outstanding client service, and leading complex multilingual projects across diverse industries? Geo Language Services Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.

Based in Guildford, Geo Language Services is a well-established language services provider proudly celebrating our 20th anniversary in spring 2026. We support a wide range of clients across industries such as medicine, environment, law, engineering, marketing, and finance. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Translation Project Manager to oversee high-level client projects including governmental and global organizations. You’d be part of a small, quality-obsessed team working in a friendly and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing translation, localisation, and related projects from initial quote through to final delivery
• Communicating clearly and professionally with linguists, clients, and stakeholders across different countries and time zones
• Selecting, coordinating, and supporting contractor translators, editors, and reviewers
• Performing quality checks on deliverables to ensure linguistic and technical accuracy, consistency, and client satisfaction
• Handling client queries promptly, professionally, and proactively
• Maintaining and updating project documentation, glossaries, and translation memories

Key skills and requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• A methodical approach with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Strong IT skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
• A degree in languages, translation, linguistics, or a related field
